综合护理干预对腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症患者临床效果及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:研究综合护理干预腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症患者的临床效果和安全性。方法:选取我院2013年3月至2015年8月妇科70例确诊子宫内膜异位症后行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例,其中对照组采取常规的护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上采取综合护理模式,观察两组的临床疗效及患者满意度及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者的临床护理有效率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),而患者的Ⅱ度疼痛及以上的疼痛发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),调查患者的护理满意度发现,对照组患者显著低于观察组(P<0.05),比较两组护理人员的护理质量进行评分发现,对照组患者显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症患者进行综合护理,能有效地提高临床治疗效果,降低不良反应的发生,提升护理人员护理质量评分,从而提高医院的整体护理水平,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective： To study the clinical efficacy and safety of the comprehensive nursing intervention laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis patients. Methods： Selected 70 patients（who were diagnosed endometriosis adenomyosis and then treated by laparoscopic surgery） from March 2013 to August 2015, divide the patients into control group and observation group at random number method, 35 patients each group. Treated the control group with conventional nursing, the observation group received comprehensive nursing on basis of the control group, compared the difference between the two groups in clinical effect and adverse reaction of patients. Results： We found that the clinical effective of the observation group is significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; the degree of pain over Ⅱ in observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）, when compared the quality of nursing, we found the observation group is higher than the control group（P〈0.05）, the nursing satisfactory of the patients in observation group is higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing in the patients who were in the stage of laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis adenomyosis, which could enhance the clinical effect, decrease the untoward effect, and develop the quality of nursing, further advance the level of nursing, is worth using in clinical.
