舒适护理对非全身麻醉手术患者心理状态及手术过程中舒适度的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析在非全身麻醉手术患者中应用舒适护理干预的临床效果,并观察其对患者心理状态及术中舒适度的影响,旨在为手术室护理工作提供有效依据。方法收集2013年12月—2015年12月接诊的行非全身麻醉手术的100例患者进行临床研究,将其随机分成两组:对照组50例患者行常规护理干预,研究组50例患者在对照组的基础上加用舒适护理干预。观察两组的护理效果。结果与术前相比,两组术后的SAS、SDS评分均有明显降低,其中研究组的差异更为显著(P<0.05)。研究组术中的各方面舒适度评分及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对非全身麻醉手术患者施行舒适护理干预有助于提高患者术中的舒适度,改善患者的心理状态,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comfortable nursing on psychological status and comfort level of patients with non-general anesthesia,and provide evidence for nursing work in operating room. Methods One hundred patients with non-general anesthesia treated between December 2013 and December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group. Patients in control group received routine nursing service,and those in observation group were given comfortable nursing intervention in addition to routine nursing service. The nursing effects were observed in two groups. Results After treatment,SAS and SDS were significantly decreased in two groups,with those in observation group being more significant（P〈0.05）. The total comfort level score and comfort level scores of each aspect in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing can improve the comfortable level and psychological status of patients with non-general anesthesia,and is worthy of application.
