摘  要:研究食人鱼溶液对盖玻片表面亲水性处理的方法。通过测试盖玻片对水的动态接触角,研究食人鱼溶液的配比分别为H2SO4∶H2O2=7∶3,5∶5,3∶7(v/v)时,浸泡时间以及片基干燥方式对盖玻片进行表面羟基化处理的亲水性效果。结果表明,与高温干燥相比,冷风吹干对盖玻片的亲水性有利;当食人鱼溶液的组成为H2SO4∶H2O2=3∶7(v/v)时,处理效果最好,盖玻片的亲水性最好,前进角和后退角可分别低至9.4°和7.8°;适宜的浸泡时间为14 h。The treatment method of hydrophilicity of cover glass by piranha solution was studied. The hydrophilicity treatment effect of cover glass at different ratios of piranha solution respectively H2SO4∶ H2O2= 7∶ 3,5∶ 5,3∶ 7( v / v),different immersion time,and different drying methods,were determined through dynamic contact angle method. The results showed that,compared with drying at high temperature,drying by cold wind is favor for the hydrophilicity of cover glass; and the hydrophilicity of cover glass treated by the piranha solution as the H2SO4/ H2O2 ratio of 3 ∶ 7( v / v) was best in the three ratios,meanwhile,the water contact angle—advancing and receding: can reduced as low as 9. 4° and 7. 8°,respectively; and the appropriate immersion time was in the range of 1 to 4 h.
