摘 要:在水溶液中以过硫酸铵为引发剂,以异丙醇为互溶剂及链转移剂,以丙烯酸、次亚磷酸钠、疏水单体B为单体,合成一种煤层气挤注用三元聚合物防垢剂PAB。通过评价其防垢(碳酸钙)效率,得出最佳合成条件为:w(丙烯酸)∶w(疏水单体B)∶w(次亚磷酸钠)=20∶1∶1,引发剂用量为单体总质量的1.4%,链转移剂用量为6%,反应温度85℃。当防垢剂的加量为30 mg/L时,防垢效率达到91.34%,表现出良好的阻垢效果。通过动态吸附-解吸实验,对比该防垢剂与普通膦基聚丙烯酸钠防垢剂在煤层中的滞留情况,结果表明该防垢剂在煤层中有更好的吸附滞留能力,同时探讨了驱替速度和防垢剂初始注入浓度对防垢剂吸附滞留情况的影响。PAB that was a ternary polymer as squeezing scale inhibitor of coalbed methane was prepared by crylic acid,hydrophobic monomer B and sodium hypophosphite as monomer,ammonium persulfate as initiator,sopropanol as mutual solvent and chain transfer agent in aqueous solution. The optimum preparation condition were obtained as follows: crylic acid∶ hydrophobic monomer B∶ sodium hypophosphite( mass ratio) = 20∶ 1∶ 1; ammonium persulfate( mass ratio) = 1. 4%; sopropanol( mass ratio) = 6%; reaction temperature 85 ℃. It was shown that antiscaling rate up to 91. 34% under the condition of the dosage up to30 mg / L of PAB. Compared the retention state of said scale inhibitor and normal poly( acrylate-co-hypophosphite) sodium scale inhibitor by a dynamic adsorption-desorption experimentation,experimentation indicated that said scale inhibitor has a better capability of adsorption and retention,and discussed the impact on adsorption and retention state of displacement rate and the initial injection concentration of scale inhibitor.
