摘  要:基于在盐酸介质中,甲醛对过氧化氢氧化溴百里香酚蓝的褪色反应有明显的促进作用,建立了测定粉丝中痕量甲醛的新方法。在最优条件下,甲醛含量在0.4~1.6μg/m L内与体系的吸光度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.29μg/m L。通过11次平行测定0.4μg/m L甲醛标准溶液,得到相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.56%,加标回收率为99.6%~103.1%。该法灵敏度高,选择性好,方便快捷。In acid medium,formaldehyde had obvious promoting effect for the oxidation fading reaction between bromine thyme phenol blue and hydrogen peroxide. A new catalytic-kinetic spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of trace formaldehyde. The affecting factors were inspected.Under the optimal conditions,the formaldehyde concentration had a good linear relationship within a range of 0. 4 ~ 1. 6 μg / m L. The detection limit was 0. 29 μg / m L,and the relative standard deviation( RSD) was2. 56% for determining formaldehyde standard solution( n = 11). This method was suitable for the detection of trace formaldehyde in vermicelli. The spike recoveries were 99. 6% ~ 103. 1%. The method had high sensitivity and selectivity.
