摘　　要：用乙醇提取山金车干花中的倍半萜烯类化合物,考察乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、提取时间和提取次数对提取效果的影响;以综合得分为评价指标,比较不同软膏基质处方对山金车软膏成型性与质量的影响。结果表明,山金车最佳提取工艺为:6倍量的60%乙醇溶液回流3次,每次1.5 h;软膏基质组成为硬脂酸、液体石蜡、白凡士林、单硬脂酸甘油酯、甘油、三乙醇胺、十二烷基硫酸钠、双蒸水。优选的山金车提取工艺和软膏成型工艺稳定可行,可推广应用于大生产。Using ethanol to extract sesquiterpene compounds from arnica dried flowers. The effect of volume fraction in ethanol,ethanol dosage,extraction time and extraction times were investigated. By comprehensive score as evaluation indexes,compare the quality and formability of arnica cream. Results showed that the optimum extraction process of arnica was six times the amount of 60% ethanol,extract 3 times,each time1. 5 h. Cream base included stearic acid,liquid paraffin,white petroleum jelly,glycerol monostearate,glycerin,triethanolamine,sodium dodecyl sulfate,double steaming water. The optimized extraction technology of arnica and the molding process of ointment were stable and can be applied in mass production.
