摘  要:采用共沉淀法将Ni-Ti引入Mg-LDHs层板中,制备Ni-Ti-Mg-LDHs纳米催化材料,通过XRD、SEM、TEM、比表面-孔径分布测定仪和紫外分光光度计等仪器进行了表征。结果表明,Ni/Ti=4∶1时,产品具有较高的结晶度和完整的晶型,Ni、Ti呈均匀分布在Mg-LDHs的层板上,粒径200 nm;产生的介孔孔径主要分布在2~6 nm,比表面积可达118.2 m2/g;在λmax=665 nm下,160 min可将亚甲基蓝降解完全,表现出良好的催化性能。Ni-Ti was introduced in Mg-LDHs laminates,and the LDHs nano catalyst was prepared by coprecipitation method. The samples obtained were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM,specific surface and pore size distribution analyzer and UV. The results show that: Ni / Ti = 4 ∶ 1 products have high degree of crystallinity and crystal form,Ti and Ni was uniformly distributed in the Mg-LDHs layer,and the particle size distribution was at 200 nm; mesoporous pore produced was mainly distributed in the 2 ~ 6 nm,the specific surface area was up to 118. 2 m^2/ g; in 160 min methylene blue can be completely degraded underλmax= 665 nm,and it exhibits excellent catalytic performance.
