苯丙乳液在带锈转锈涂料中的应用

摘　　要：采用苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯制备酸性苯丙乳液,加入带锈转锈涂料中,通过盐雾试验机测定此带锈转锈涂料的腐蚀速率。结果表明,制备的酸性苯丙乳液在带锈转锈涂料中具有良好的稳定性,带锈转锈涂料具有良好的耐腐蚀性能以及与面漆的配套性能。当酸性苯丙乳液的质量分数为25%时,该带锈转锈涂料耐水性超过30 d,采用酸性苯丙乳液为成膜剂的带锈转锈涂料的各性能指标均达到标准。The acid styrene-acrylic emulsion was prepared by using styrene and butyl acrylate. The amount of the acidic styrene-acrylic emulsion was added to the rust converter painting with rust. The corrosion rate of rust converter paint with rust is measured by salt spray test machine. The results show that the acidic styrene-acrylic emulsion in rust converter paint with rust have good stability,the rust converter paint with rust have good corrosion resistance and good compatibility. When the mass fraction of acidic styrene-acrylic emulsion was 25%,the rust converter paint with rust resistant to water resistance than 30 d. Various performance indicators of rust converter paint with rust which use acidic styrene-acrylic emulsion as a film former has reached the national standard.
