摘 要:利用序批式活性污泥(SBR)反应器运行稳定后的成熟干燥硝化好氧颗粒污泥作为吸附剂,,探讨了好氧颗粒污泥对铅蓄电池厂废水中的重金属铅的去除效果以及吸附的最佳条件。结果表明,干燥硝化好氧颗粒污泥吸附除Pb^(2+)的最佳pH为3.5,且在pH为3.5~5.5范围内均可达到很好的去除效果,在此范围内Pb^(2+)的出水浓度变化不大;当pH为3.5时,该吸附剂最佳投加量为1.0 g/L,对Pb^(2+)的去除率达97.27%,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的一级排放标准,总Pb^(2+)含量小于1.0 mg/L,再加大投加量去除效果变化不大。Using dry nitrification aerobic granular sludge form SBR reactor running stabilized as adsorbent,the effect and adsorption optimum control conditions of aerobic granular sludge on the lead removal of battery factory wastewater containing Pb^(2+)was explored. The results showed that the optimal pH was 3.5 of aerobic granular sludge to removal of Pb^(2+),the removal effect was good and the change of effluent concentration of Pb^(2+)was little at pH 3.5 to 5.5. When the p H was 3.5,the optimum dosage of the adsorbent was 1.0 g / L,Pb^(2+)removal rate reached 97.27%,and water quality achieved Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996) of an emission standard, the total Pb^(2+)concentration was less than 1.0 mg / L,and then removal rate changed little with increasing of the dosage.
