摘 要:试验研究了一年生格木(Erythrophleum fordii Oliv.)实生苗在不同光照(15%全光照、30%全光照、60%全光照和全光照)下矿质营养与内源激素含量的变化及相关性。结果表明,K、Ca、Mg在格木根、茎、叶中的分配规律基本一致,都是叶片中含量最高,茎部次之,根部最低,而Fe、Zn、Cu 3种微量元素则在根部含量最高。遮阳后,格木苗各部位中K、Ca、Mg以及Fe的含量均比全光照下要高。赤霉素(GA)和玉米素(ZR)的含量随着遮阳强度的增大先上升后降低,在30%全光照下达到最大值,生长素(IAA)含量也在30%全光照下最高。而脱落酸(ABA)的含量随着遮阳强度的增大先降低后增加,在30%全光照下含量最低。在不同的光照水平下,ABA含量与K和Fe含量呈显著负相关;GA含量与Mg和Zn含量呈极显著正相关,与K含量呈显著正相关;IAA含量与K和Fe含量呈极显著正相关,与Ca、Zn和Cu含量呈显著正相关;ZR含量则与Fe含量呈极显著正相关。不同光照下格木苗中矿质营养与内源激素间相互作用显著,试验为营造适宜格木生长的光照环境及养分供应提供了一定的科学依据。The changes and correlations of mineral nutrition and endogenous hormones in one-year-old Erythrophleum fordii Oliv. seedlings under different illumination levels were studied. The results showed that,the distribution of K,Ca and Mg were similar in roots,stems and leaves of E. fordii seedings, which was the highest in the leaves and the lowest in the roots. But the content of Fe,Zn anc Cu was the highest in the root. Under shading condition,the contents of K,Ca,Mg and Fe in different parts of E. fordii seedings were higher than the control group(nature sunlight);With the increasing of shading intensity,the content of gibberellic acid(GA) and zeatin(ZR) increased first and then decreased,and the maximum value reached under 30% full light. The content of indoleacetic acid(IAA) was also the highest under 30% full light. The content of abscisic acid(ABA),however,decreased first and then increase,and the minimum value reached under 30% full light. Under the different illumination levels,the content of ABA showed significant negative correlation with that of K and Fe. The content of GA had very significant positive correlation with that of Mg and Zn,and positive correlation with that of K. The content of IAA showed very significant positive correlation with that of K and Fe,and positive correlation with that of Ca,Zn and Cu.The content of ZR showed very significant positive correlation with that of Fe. Under different illumination levels,the interactions of E. fordii seedlings' mineral nutrients and endogenous hormones was significant, which provided certain scientific basis for creating the appropriate light illumination and nutrient supply to promote the growth of E. fordii seedings.
