摘 要:针对中国棉花加工过程中存在的加工设备故障率高、故障处理时间长的问题,研发了一套基于Modbus协议的棉花加工测控系统。系统设计了电流检测装置和转速检测装置,用于检测棉花加工设备运行电流与转速参数,采用数据挖掘故障诊断技术,分析加工设备故障特征,判断加工设备运行状态。在测控系统数据通讯过程中,传感器与控制器之间采用Modbus RTU协议、触摸屏与上位机之间采用Modbus TCP协议,确保设备运行参数的安全传输。棉花加工测控系统一个轧季的正常运行,有效降低了设备故障率,减少了故障处理时间,验证了整个系统设计的可行性和正确性。Aiming at the problems of high failure rate of processing machinery and the long troubleshooting time during cotton processing in China, a measuring and controlling system based on Modbus protocol was developed. The current detector and the rotation speed detector were designed in the system for detecting the operating parameters of the current and rotation speed of the cotton processing equipments. Using the data mining and fault diagnosis techniques, the failure feature of the processing equipment was analyzed to judge the operating status of processing equipment. In the data communication process of the control system, the Modbus RTU protocol was used for communication between the sensors and the controller, and the Modbus TCP protocol was used for communication between the HMI and the PC software in the system, so as to ensure safe transmission of the equipment operating parameters. The measuring and controlling system of cotton processing was normal operation in a rolling quarter, the equipment failure rate was effectively reduced, the troubleshooting time was reduced, the feasibility and correctness of the entire system was verified.
