摘　　要：新沂河始建于20世纪40年代末,限于当时施工条件与技术,采取筑堤束水,宽滩、漫滩行洪方式。在当前土地资源尤其耕地资源非常稀缺且工程施工技术越来越先进的情况下,从归泓行洪产生的农业开发等方面积极意义出发,对归泓行洪的可行性进行了分析,提出了两个工程方案构想,对其中一个方案进行了重点分析,并提出了相应的建议。Restricted by the construction condition and technology at the end of 1940 s, Xinyi River has to adopt embankment for water contraction and wide floodplain and overbank for flood discharge. Along with increasing shortage of land resources, especially farmland and advancement of engineering construction, feasibility study on Guihong flood discharge has been made. Two options are worked out and one of which is selected for in-depth studies. Meanwhile recommendations are given.
