摘　　要：通过对茶叶用农药专利信息进行分析,从专利申请整体趋势、申请人分布和技术分支发展特点3个方面,分析了我国茶叶用农药相关专利申请的现状和发展趋势,从知识产权角度为我国茶叶用农药产业技术创新和产业发展提供参考。The development situation and trend of invention patents about pesticides for tea was analyzed in terms of macro distribution, applicant distribution and technical characteristics in this article. The questions and challenges for pesticide for tea innovation were reviewed, which provided guidance and reference for technological innovation and industrial development.
