摘　　要：目的通过对2011版《要目总览》中收录军队医药卫生类期刊和核心期刊的分析,了解现阶段军队医药卫生类期刊的质量及其存在的问题。方法采用Excel 2007对《中文核心期刊要目总览:2011年版》中收录的军队医药卫生类期刊进行数据计算与分析。结果军队系统(包括武警)期刊共计94种,占全国期刊数(1 240种)的7.58%,军队核心期刊共计27种,占全国248种核心期刊的10.89%;基础医学类核心期刊(R3)占该类军队期刊的比例最高(50.00%)。地区分布以北京最多,为35种。军队系统入编期刊中,以解放军总医院最多,为11种。27种军队医药卫生类核心期刊中半月刊3种,月刊11种,双月刊12种,季刊1种。结论军队医药卫生类期刊入选核心期刊的比例较高,基础科学、预防医学和卫生学、临床医学/特种医学是军队医药卫生系统的优势学科;军事医学、特种医学特色突出;主办单位集中,集中在经济发达地区;出版周期较长,应与国际接轨,缩短期刊出版周期。Objective To understand the quality and problems of the army medical journals by analyzing journals contained by the guide to the core journals of China in 2011 edition （GCJC）. Methods Excel2007 was used to analyze and calculate the journals included by GCJC. Results There were 94 medical journals, including armed police, in military system, which accounted for 7.58% of journals in China. There were 27 core medical journals in military system, which accounted for 10. 89% of total 248 core journals in China. A proportion of 50% army medical journals of basic medicine （ R3 ） were core journals. Journals in Beijing, with a total number of 35, were the top in the distribution of regions. Journals of PLA General hospital, with a total number of 11, were the top in the distribution of military system. There were 3 semimonthly, l lmonthly, 12 bimonthly and one quarterly among the total of 27 army medical core journals. Conclusion The army medical journals included by the GCJC take a high percentage. Basic science, preventive medicine and hygiene, clinical medicine/ special medicine are the advantages of the army medical health system. Military medicine and special medicine are prominent features of the system. Most journals are published by several organization and most of them are in developed area. Publishing period should be shortened in line with international standards.
