献血者共用剃刀干预强度与干预效果关系研究

摘　　要：目的对男性献血者共用剃刀干预强度和干预效果的关系进行探索,从而为建立规范的使用共用剃刀的干预模式提供依据。方法把313名男性献血者随机分成对照组、单次干预组与3次干预组,通过个体干预及定期回访并对效果进行评价。结果干预后1个月对照组、单次干预组和3次干预组人员在理发店内使用共用剃刀的比例分别为56.1%、17.1%和16.4%。6个月回访时,3组人员在理发店内使用共用剃刀的比例分别为61.2%、55.2%和18.2%。1年回访时,3组人员在理发店内使用共用剃刀的比例为62.2%、58.1%和27.3%;单次干预组与对照组的OR值为0.647(95%CI=0.400,0.952;P=0.029);3次干预组与对照组的OR值是0.311(95%CI=0.200、0.485,P<0.01)。结论该干预模式能有效的促使献血者改变使用共用剃刀的习惯,干预强度与干预效果有明显关系。Objective To investigate the relationship between intensity and effects of intervention in male blood donors sharing razors so as to provide evidence for establishing a standardized razor sharing interventional mode. Methods A total of 313 male blood donors in Chengdu were randomized into 3 groups, i. e. a control group, a single- intervention group and a triple -intervention group. Individual intervention and follow -up were con- ducted, and effects were evaluated. Results One month after intervention, proportions of subjects using com- mon razors in barbers were 61.2%, 55.2% and 18.2% in the control group, the single- intervention group and the triple -intervention group, respectively; at the follow -up visit at month 6, the proportions were 62.2% , 58.1% and 27.3% , respectively. The OR value of the single -intervention group to the control group was 0. 647 （95% CI =0. 400, 0. 952, P =0. 029） ; The OR value of the triple - intervention group to the control group was 0. 311 （95% CI =0. 200, 0. 485 ; P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The interventional mode can effectively promote blood donors to change their habit of sharing razors; the interventional intensity is significantly correlated to interventional effects.
