手足口病成人密接者的初步研究

摘　　要：目的了解手足口病成人密接者的感染情况,探索其可能的流行病学意义。方法对手足口病实验室确诊病例的成人密接者标本开展核酸检测,对其中部分成对EV71阳性标本进行VP1基因测序及同源性分析。结果核酸结果显示,58例实验室确诊病例的64份密接标本中检出9份阳性(其中EV71 5份,其他肠道病毒4份)。3对测序标本EV71VP1与阜阳株同源性较高,均为C4亚型,其中2对100%同源,1对相差1bp。同时氨基酸序列显示4个离散位点。结论手足口病实验室确诊病例的成人密接者可携带病毒,作为隐形感染者增加传播风险,防控中应给予必要关注。Objective To understand the infection status of adult close contacts in Hand - foot - mouth disease （HFMD） and to estimate its possible epidemiological influence. Methods The specimens were obtained from the adult close contacts of laboratory confirmed HFMD cases, and tested by the fluorescent PCR. Some paired samples of EVT1 positive were sequenced and analyzed for VP1 gene. Results According to the nucleic acid results, 9 out of 64 adult contacts （of 58 confirmed cases） were positive, including five EVT1 and four other enterovirus. All the six （ three pairs） specimens of EV71 were belonged to C4 subtypes and were highly homology with Fuyang strain, of which two pairs were 100% homology and another pair with difference of one bp. The amino acid sequence showed four discrete sites. Conclusion Adult close contacts of confirmed HFMD cases could increase the risk of transmission as virus carriers, to which more attention should be paid in the disease prevention and control.
