双流县居民糖尿病危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查双流县居民糖尿病患病情况,了解双流地区糖尿病在不同性别、年龄、城乡间的分布,并探讨其主要的影响因素,为改善双流县居民健康状况提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法调查双流县18岁以上常住居民共2 700人,调查方法包括询问调查、身体测量和实验室检测。结果双流地区成人糖尿病患病率为15.15%;二手烟暴露、过量饮酒、吃盐较多是糖尿病的患病危险因素。结论为降低糖尿病的患病率,应加强双流地区居民暴露于二手烟者、过量饮酒者、高盐饮食者的健康教育。Objective To investigate the prevalence and the distribution in gender, age and region and to understand the associated factors of diabetes, and to provide the basis to improve the health of residents in Shuangliu county. Methods Multistage stratified cluster sampling was used to investigate 2700 adults in Shuangliu county. Questionnaire, physical examination and laboratory detection was adopted to investigation. Results The prevalence of diabetes was 15.15%. Exposure to second hand smoke, excessive drinking, high - salt diet were associated risk factors. Conclusion Health education targeted to those exposed to secondhand smoke, excessive drinkers, and high salt diets should be reinforced to reduce the prevalence of diabetes.
