人力资本结构与安徽经济增长的实证研究

摘　　要：利用2006-2013年安徽地级市面板数据,实证考察了人力资本结构与经济增长的关系。研究结果显示:不同结构的人力资本均促进了经济增长,其中,健康人力资本作用最为显著,教育人力资本次之,而迁移人力资本促进效应最小。此外,劳动力和物质资本的要素产出弹性之和大于1,说明安徽经济增长存在着规模报酬递增效应。The relationships between human capital and economic growth are analyzed based on the panel data of Anhui＇s cities from 2006 to 2013.The results show that different human capitals all have positive effects on the economic growth,but the health human capital has the strongest effect,and education human capital the second strongest,but the migration human capital the weakest.The sum of factors output elasticity of labor force capital plus material capital is more than 1,which indicates there exist increasing effects of the returns to scale in the economic growth of Anhui.
