摘 要:为明确吉林省水稻纹枯病对噻呋酰胺药物的敏感水平,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了采自吉林省8个水稻产区分离获得的102株水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)对噻呋酰胺药物的敏感性。结果表明:供试菌株中最敏感菌株的EC50值为0.0109mg·L-1,最不敏感菌株的EC50值为3.0913mg·L-1。多核菌株EC50范围为0.0109~0.2023mg·L-1,双核菌株EC50范围为0.2956~3.0913mg·L-1。供试多核菌株的敏感性频率分布呈近似正态分布,初步确定将多核菌株的EC50平均值(0.0630±0.0388)mg·L-1作为吉林省水稻纹枯病对噻呋酰胺药物的敏感基线。水稻纹枯病菌双核菌株与多核菌株之间对噻呋酰胺药物的敏感性具有显著差异。The aim of the study was to investigate the sensitivity of Rhizoctonia solani to thifluzamide. The sensitivities of 102 Rhizoctonia solani isolates to thifluzamide from 8 rice production areas in Jilin province were determined by mycelium growth rate. The results showed that the EC50 value of the most sensitive strain was 0.0109 mg·L-1and the EC50 value of the least sensitive strain was 3.0913 mg·L-1. The EC50 values of multi-core strains were distributed in 0.0109-0.2023 mg·L-1and the EC50 values of dual-core strains were distributed in 0.2956-3.0913 mg·L-1. According to Gaussian distribution of multi-core strains,the average EC50value(0.0630 ±0.0388) mg·L-1was the baseline-sensitivity of R. solani to thifluzamide in Jilin Province. The sensitivities of multi-core and dual-core strains to thifluzamide had significant difference.
