孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者IL-4、IL-10及肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异型哮喘(CVA)患者血清白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-10(IL-10)及肺功能的影响。方法 100例患者按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组50例,给予茶碱缓释片、酮替芬口服治疗;观察组50例,在对照组基础上加服孟鲁司特钠。观察治疗前、治疗8周后两组患者血清IL-4、IL-10及肺功能的变化。结果治疗前两组患者血清IL-4、IL-10及肺功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗8周后,观察组与对照组比较,血清IL-4表达水平明显降低,IL-10明显升高。肺功能明显改善(P<0.05)。总有效率比较,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠能明显降低咳嗽变异性哮喘患者血清IL-4表达水平、升高IL-10表达水平,明显改善肺功能,临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of montelukast on serum IL-4,IL-10 and lung function in pa-tients with cough variant asthma.Methods 100 patients with CVA were randomly divided into the control group （50 cases）,which were given theophylline sustained release tablets and oral ketotifen,and the study group （50 cases）, which were given montelukast on the basis of the control group.Their serum IL-4,IL-10 and lung function before and 8 weeks after treatment were observed.Results There was no significant difference in IL-4,IL-10,FVC,PEF and FEV1 /FVC in the two groups before treatment （P 〉0.05）.The expression of IL-4 decreased more significantly,IL-10 increased more significantly,and lung function improved more significantly in the study group than the control group 8 weeks after treatment （P 〈0.05）.The total effective rate was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Montelukast could significantly decrease serum IL-4,increase serum IL-10,and obviously improve their lung function.
