摘 要:利用小尺寸燃烧特性实验,控制薄型聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)与墙体的水平距离,研究薄型PMMA在受限距离分别为7、13、19 mm时的表面火竖向蔓延特征。给出不同受限距离下PMMA样品正面、背面火焰高度的拟合公式。实验结果表明:火焰高度和火焰传播速率随着受限距离的增大而增大,当达到临界值13mm之后,随着受限距离的增大而减小。受限距离小于13 mm时背面火焰高度低于正面火焰高度,大于13mm时背面火焰高度高于正面火焰高度。通过分析和计算发现,火焰长度(xff-xfb)和热解长度(xp-xb)随时间的延长而增大。引入火焰加速因子(FAF)讨论受限距离对火蔓延的影响。With small-scale combustion characteristic test,study on the effect of vertical flame spread characteristic with different distances from the wall for thin poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) was carried out.Three tests for vertical burning were carried out to explore the surface flame spread characteristics of thin PMMA in a limited distance including 7,13 and 19 mm.The fitting formulas of flame height on the surfaces face to and back to the fire were put forward.Experimental results showed that the flame height and flame propagation rate increases with increase of limited distance,after the limit distance reaches the threshold of 13 mm,they decreases with increase of limited distance.When the limited distance was less than 13 mm,flame at back surface was lower than that at front surface.When the limited distance was more than 13 mm,flame at back surface was higher than that at front surface.Through analysis and calculation,it was found that the length of flame (xff-xfb) and pyrolysis (xp-xb) increased with time.The flame acceleration factor was introduced to discuss the influence of limit distance on the fire spread.
