摘 要:采用锥形量热仪对阻燃PVC壁纸的燃烧性能进行测试,并与不阻燃PVC壁纸的燃烧性能进行对比。样品质量10g,测试环境温度为22℃,相对湿度为74%。样品的底部边缘被包裹在铝箔中并水平放置在样品池中。与不阻燃PVC壁纸相比,阻燃PVC壁纸的点燃时间由5s延长至8s,燃烧时间由203s延长至234s,热释放速率峰值降低20.7%,到达热释放速率峰值的时间延长10s,热释放速率平均值可降低22.7%,热释放总量大大降低,烟释放速率降低,CO和CO2产率平均值和峰值均降低,质量损失速率的平均值和峰值较小,到达峰值的时间延长。Cone calorimeter was used to evaluate the combustion properties of flame-retardant PVC wallpaper.Combustion properties of flame-retardant PVC wallpaper were compared with that of not-flame-retardant PVC wallpaper.The mass of sample was 10 g,the environment temperature was 22 ℃ and the relative humidity was 74 %.The bottom of sample was covered by Aluminum foil and the sample was played horizontally in the sample pool.Compared with non-flame-retardant PVC wallpaper,time to ignition of flame-retardant PVC wallpaper prolonged from 5 s to 8 s,and time of combustion of it prolonged from 203 s to 234 s.Peak of heat release rate reduced by 20.7%,time to reach the peak of heat release rate prolonged for 10 s,and averages of heat release rate decreased by 22.7%.Total heat release was greatly reduced.Smoke release rate decreased.Averages and peak of yields of CO and CO2 reduced.Also,averages and peak of mass loss rate were smaller and time to reach the peak of mass loss rate was prolonged.
