摘　　要：本文从高校基建工程代建制的SWOT分析入手,详细分析了高校基建工程实行代建制管理存在的问题及可能带来的风险,提出了有针对性控制风险的对策实现拓宽高校基建工程管理模式领域,提高管理效益。On the basis of SWOT analysis of agent-construction system in university infrastructure projects, this paper analyzes the ex-isting problems and possible risks in the agent-construction management of university infrastructure projects, puts forward targetedrisk-controling countermeasures to broaden the pattern field of construction project management in colleges and universities and im-prove the efficiency of management.
