层级护理模式对提高护理人员技能与ICU重症肺炎患者的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究层级护理模式对ICU重症肺炎患者的临床应用效果。方法将2012年6月~2014年12月收治的180例ICU重症肺炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各90例,两组护理人员各64名。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予层级护理。比较两组护理人员的护理能力、工作质量、护理人员心理状态以及两组患者的呼吸功能、循环功能改善情况和两种护理方案的临床总有效率。结果观察组护理人员的基础护理能力、专业护理能力以及教学能力等评分明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组护理人员的工作质量得分明显高于对照组护理人员的工作质量,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组护理人员的SAS及SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的呼吸功能及循环功能改善情况明显好于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组临床总有效率可达93.3%,明显高于对照组的81.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论层级护理模式可以明显提高护理人员的护理能力、护理质量,改善护理人员的心理状态,由此可显著促进ICU重症肺炎患者呼吸功能和循环功能的改善,提高临床治疗效率,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To study the clinical application effect of hierarchical nursing care model for patients with severe pneumonia in ICU.Methods 180 ICU patients with severe pneumonia in our hospital from June 2012 to December were randomly divided into control group and observation group,90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given the level of nursing care.The nursing staff＇s nursing ability,the work quality,the nursing staff＇s psychological state,the patients＇ respiratory function,the circulation function improvement situation and clinical total effective rate were observed.Results The nursing skills,professional care ability and teaching ability scores of observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.The nursing staff＇s work quality score of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.SAS and SDS score of observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Compared with the routine nursing,the level nursing care model can significantly improve the nursing staff＇s ability and quality,improve the psychological state of nursing staff,promote the improvement of respiratory function and circulation function and improve the total effective rate.
