摘 要:探讨大容量油浸式变压器在现场组装过程中的防潮问题。以某500 k V变电站三相一体式变压器为例,对煤油气相干燥技术进行分析说明,结合露点法和萃取法的特点,选择出水率、变压器器身温度和绝缘纸/板含水量等3个参数为依据,提出煤油气相干燥终点的综合判断方法,以达到提高大容量变压器绝缘材料的干燥质量和效率的目的。分析大容量变压器在附件组装和真空注油两个组装关键环节中应注意的防潮处理问题,对作业方法和工艺进行优化,有效防止大容量变压器在现场组装过程中受环境和天气影响而受潮。The damp proofing problem of large capacity transformer during the process of field assembly is discussed. The three phase integrated transformer in a 500 kV substation is taken as an example to analyze and describe the kerosene vapor phase drying tech- nology. Combing with characteristics of the dew point method and the extraction method, three parameters which are the water rate, the temperature of transformer and the water content of insulating paper/plate are chosen as basis to propose the comprehensive judgment method for the end point of kerosene vapor phase drying which is used to achieve the purpose of improving the drying quality and efficiency of large capacity transformer insulation material. Damp proofing problems which should be paid attention to in the two assembly key steps: accessory assembly and vacuum oiling in large capacity transformer are analyzed. By optimizing working methods and processes, the moisture of large capacity transformer during the field assembly process because of influence of environment and weather is effectively prevented.
