电子灸诱发任督二脉红外辐射轨迹实验观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨同时电子灸神阙和命门对任督二脉循经红外辐射轨迹(IRRTM)的影响。方法:以健康志愿者为观察对象,使用电子灸疗仪加热任脉线上的神阙穴和督脉线上的命门穴,运用红外热成像系统记录任督二脉的循经红外辐射轨迹。结果:自然状态下(灸前),督脉的IRRTM显现率显著高于任脉(P<0.05);于任脉线上的神阙穴和督脉线上的命门穴同时施电子灸,可以显著提高任督二脉IRRTM的出现率(P<0.05),但此时任督二脉的IRRTM显现率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:同时电子灸神阙和命门,可以提高任督二脉的IRRTM显现率,促进任督二脉的阴阳交感、气血循环。Objective ： To explore the effect of elieitation of the infrared radiant track along meridian （ IRRTM ） of conception vessel （ CV ） and governor vessel （ GV ） by electronic moxibustion on Shenque （ CV8 ） and Mingmen （ GV4 ） at the same time. Methods ： Heatlthy volunteers were adopted to observe the appearance of infrared radiant track along CV and GV. Heating on CV8 and GV4 at the same time by electronic moxibustion, the infrared radiant track was recorded by thermal infrared imaging system. Results ： In normal condition, the appearance rate of IRRTM of GV was significantly higher than CV （ P〈0.05 ）. Electronic moxibustion on CV8 and GV4 at the same time can significantly improve the appearance rate of IRRTM of CV and GV （ P〈0.05 ）, while the appearance rate of IRRTM of CV and GV had no distinct difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Electronic moxibustion on CV8 and GV4 at the same time can improve the appearance rate of IRRTM of CV and GV and promote the Yinyang and Qi and blood circulation of the two meridians.
