摘　　要：板蓝根作为临床常用的清热解毒药,被广泛应用于病毒性疾病的预防与治疗。该文通过对板蓝根近十年国内外相关文献的查阅与总结,发现生物碱类、有机酸类、苯丙素类、多肽类、多糖类等为板蓝根的活性成分,并就其活性成分的抗病毒作用及其机制、途径进行系统概括,以期为进一步的板蓝根抗病毒开发研究工作提供参考依据。Isatidis radix clinical commonly used as a heat of poison, is widely used in the prevention and treatment of viral diseases. This article through to the isatidis radix nearly 10 years of relevant literature at home and abroad and smnmarizing, alkaloids, organic acids, styrene acrylic element class, polypeptide and polysaccharide of isatidis radix, the active ingredient, and is the active ingredient antiviral effect and its mechanism, the way of the system, so as to further the isatidis radix antiviral development provided a reference for research work.
