摘　　要：医用耗材原有静态管理模式已无法满足现代医院管理需求,为实现上海市级医院区域性医用耗材采购、使用、收费的医院间横向、医院内纵向各环节动态监管,上海申康医院发展中心在国内创新性地建设了市级医院医用耗材全程动态监管公示平台,该文介绍了该平台的开发背景,功能开发,实现方式以及实施效果。Original static management mode of medical consumables has been unable to meet the demand of modem hospital management. To realize the dynamic supervision on the regional consumables purchase, use, charge of Shanghai municipal hospitals between transverse and longitudinal of each link within the hospital, Shanghai Shenkang hospital development center innovatively constructed a public platform to dynamically supervise medi- cal consumables for country municipal hospital. This paper introduces the development background, function devel- opment, implementation and implementation effect of this platform.
