摘 要:介绍了Al锭模的铸件结构及工作条件,详细阐述了Al锭模铸件材料蠕墨铸铁的试验方法:采用1.5 t感应电炉熔炼,原铁液化学成分控制为w(C)3.6%~3.8%、w(Si)1.4%~1.6%、w(Mn)0.5%~0.7%、w(P)≤0.07%、w(S)0.015%~0.035%;采用WCV-4A蠕化剂,冲入法进行蠕化处理;采用BS-1孕育剂,2次孕育;浇注温度为1 360~1 380℃。通过多组试验,得出以下结论:(1)在严格控制配料、铁液熔炼温度、蠕化剂加入比例、蠕化操作等的生产条件下,可以稳定获得蠕化率为60%~80%的蠕墨铸铁件;(2)原铁液的w(S)量及对应的蠕化剂加入量是决定蠕化率的主要因素,根据现场w(S)量来调整蠕化剂的加入量,可有效控制蠕墨铸铁的蠕化率。Configuration and working conditions of the Al ingot mold was introduced,and test method of the vermicular iron used as the material of Al ingot mold was described in detail:A 1.5t induction furnace was used for melting:chemical composition of the base iron was controlled as w(C)3.6%~3.8%、w(Si)1.4%~1.6%、w(Mn)0.5%~0.7%、w(P)≤0.07%、w(S)0.015%~0.035%. Vermicularing treatment was conducted by using WCV-4A vermicularizing alloy and pour-over process:the inoculating treatment was conducted 2 times by using BS-1 inoculant:pouring temperature was of 1 360~1 380 ℃. Following conclusions were obtained after conducting multiple test groups:(1)Under the conditions of strictly controlling melting charge ratio,iron melting temperature,adding amount of the vermicularizing alloy and vermiurization operation et al.,it was possible to stably obtain vermicular iron castings with vermicularity of 60% ~80%.(2)The S content of base iron and corresponding vermicularing alloy adding amount was the main factors determining the vermicularity,and it was possible,by adjusting the vermicularzing alloy adding amount according to the actual S content of the base iron,to effectively control the vermicularity of the vermicular iron.
