摘  要:概述了V法铸造过程中铸型紧实度、铸型负压状态、铸型用涂料和铁液温度等工艺参数对铸件质量的影响以及具体的控制方法:(1)铸型的紧实度是影响铸型质量的首要因素,它与型砂的粒形及粒度分布以及造型过程中振实参数的控制密切相关;(2)铸型负压状态的控制对铸型的强度、刚度和稳定性具有重大的影响,甚至直接关系到该工艺的成败;(3)涂料的使用是V法铸造不可或缺的一道工序,叙述了V法专用涂料的性能要求;(4)V法铸造采用干砂真空造型并在负压下浇注,必须根据V法铸造的特点,结合铸件的具体情况分门别类地确定合理的浇注温度范围。A summarization was given to the influences of the vacuum casting process parameters on the casting quality including the mold tightness,mold vacuum degree,mold coating and iron melt temperature,and their detailed controlling method was introduced:(1)The mold tightness degree was the chief factor influencing the mold quality. It had close link with the molding sand grain shape,grain distribution and the control of jolting molding parameters.(2)The vacuum degree control of the mold had important influence on the mold strength,rigidity and stability and even directly relates to the success or failure of this casting process.(3)Coating usage was a procedure not to be neglected,the properties requirements of the special coating for the V-process were described.(4)Since the vacuum casting process applies dry sand for making the mold and the pouring was to be carried out under the vacuum state,therefore it was necessary to choose rational range of pouring temperature according to the characteristics of V-process and the detailed conditions of the casting.
