摘  要:目的:探讨不同剂量淫羊藿苷对颅脑损伤大鼠血清MBP、GFAP含量的影响。方法:100只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、ICA低剂量治疗组(30mg/kg·d)、中剂量治疗组(60mg/kg·d)及高剂量治疗组(120mg/kg·d)。各组分别在造模后第1、3、7、14天取血,测定血清MBP、GFAP含量。结果:模型组与假手术组同期比较,MBP及GFAP含量增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各治疗组与模型组同期比较,MBP及GFAP含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量治疗组与低剂量治疗组同期比较,MBP及GFAP含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Ica对创伤性脑损伤大鼠有脑保护作用,其作用与Ica剂量呈正相关,其机制与抑制MBP、GFAP表达有关。Objective:To investigate the effects of different doses of icariin(ICA)for traumatic brain injury(TBI)in rats serum myelin basic protein(MBP)and glial fibillary acidic protein(GFAP).Methods:100SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,the ICA low dose treatment group(30mg/kg·d),middle dose treatment group(60mg/kg·d)and high dose treatment group(120mg/kg·d).The contents of serum MBP and GFAP were determined on day 1,3,7and 14 after operation.Results:The results of model group compared with control over the same period,higher content of MBP and GFAP,the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05);Each treatment group compared with model group at the same time,content of MBP and GFAP is reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);High dose treatment group compared with the same period lower dose treatment groups,MBP and GFAP content is reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05).Conclusions :The ICA in traumatic brain injury in rats with cerebral protection,its effect is positively related with the ICA dose,its mechanism is related to the inhibition of MBP,GFAP expression.
