摘  要:基于产业分工、产业集群、创新网络等理论,对新能源汽车与生产服务业融合路径进行了推演。结合新能源汽车市场困难化的原因,构建了新能源汽车与生产服务业融合的影响因素指标体系。为化解指标关联的问题,采用结构方程对新能源汽车与生产服务业融合的因素进行了研究。实证表明,"技术融合"是影响新能源汽车与生产服务业融合的关键性因素,"环境因素"对"产业融合"影响不明显,新能源汽车产业链与生产服务业产业链在工艺流程、商业模式创新、范围经济等方面的协同发展对产业融合影响非常重要。An integrating path between the new energy vehicles and produce services is deduced on the basis of theory about industrial division, industrial cluster and innovation network. Considering the market difficulties in new energy vehicles, an index system of influencing factors between the new energy vehicles and produce services is been framed. To resolve the problem about associated indicators, a structural equation to research the integration factors between the new energy vehicles and produce services is been used. Empirical evidence shows that "technology integration" is a key factor in the integration of new energy vehicles and produce services, but "environmental factors" is not obvious. The industrial chains of new energy vehicles and produce services develop collaboratively in process producing, business model innovation and economies of scope is extremely important for industrial integration.
