摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定藏药五味黄连丸（黄连、红花、诃子等）中盐酸巴马汀、药根碱、盐酸小檗碱的含有量。方法分析采用Agilent C18色谱柱（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相甲醇-磷酸（32∶68,p H 3.2）;体积流量0.8 m L/min;柱温25℃;检测波长346 nm。结果盐酸巴马汀、药根碱、盐酸小檗碱分别在0.002 5-0.080 0、0.002 5-0.080 0、0.005 0-0.160 0 mg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率（n=6）分别为98.84%、99.30%、98.22%,RSD分别为1.43%、0.93%、1.18%。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于五味黄连丸的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for simultaneously determining the contents of palmatine hydrochloride,jatrorrhizine and berberine hydrochloride in Tibet medicine Wuwei Huanglian Pills（ Coptidis Rhizoma,Carthami Flos,Chebulae Fructus,etc.）. METHODS The analysis was performed on an Agilent C_（18）column（ 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm）,mobile phase was methanol-phosphoric acid（ 32 ∶ 68,p H 3. 2）,flow rate was 0. 8 m L / min,column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃,and detection wavelength was set at 346 nm. RESULTS Palmatine hydrochloride,jatrorrhizine and berberine hydrochloride displayed good linear relationships within the ranges of 0. 002 5- 0. 080 0 mg / m L,0. 002 5- 0. 080 0 mg / m L and 0. 005 0- 0. 160 0 mg / m L,whose average recoveries（ n = 6） were 98. 84%（ RSD = 1. 43%）,99. 30%（ RSD = 0. 93%） and 98. 22%（ RSD = 1. 18%）,respectively. CONCLUSION This simple and accurate method can be used for the rapid quality control of Wuwei Huanglian Pills.
