依那普利联合乐卡地平对高血压早期肾损害患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的临床观察依那普利联合乐卡地平治疗高血压早期肾损伤的治疗效果。方法回顾分析108例在我院接受治疗的高血压早期肾损伤患者的临床资料,根据随机数字表法将其分成观察组与对照组,每组54例。对比两组患者临床症状缓解情况以及临床治疗效果。结果治疗后两组患者肾功能相关指标水平较治疗前相比均有显著程度降低,P<0.05;其中以观察组下降程度更为显著,与对照组比较P<0.05;经治疗,两组患者血压水平均有所稳定,观察组患者血压水平下降更为显著,与对照组相比P<0.05;本次观察组治疗有效率为92.59%,对照组治疗有效率为75.93%,观察组治疗效果更佳,P<0.05。结论对高血压早期肾损害患者采用依那普利联合乐卡地平治疗能够有效改善患者临床症状及肾功能相关指标水平,稳定血压,改善其生活质量,临床具有推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical treatment effect of Enalapril combined with Lercanidipine in hypertensive patients with early renal damage.Methods The clinical data about 108 hypertensive patients with early renal damage in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 54 cases each group. The clinical symptom remission and clinical treatment of two groups was compared.Results After treatment, the related index of renal function of two groups was significantly lower than before （P〈0.05）; the index of observation group was even lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）; the blood pressure of two groups was stabilized; the observation group had a lower blood pressure than control group （P〈0.05）; the effective rate of observation group （92.59%） was higher than that of control group （75.93%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For hypertensive patients with early renal damage, Enalapril combined with Lercanidipine can efficiently improve the related index of clinical symptoms and renal function, stabilize the blood pressure and improve the quality of life. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
