摘 要:以生化处理为主体,物理化学方法作一级处理的联合工艺法为研究对象,考察了联合工艺处理生产废水的影响因素。预处理的适宜条件为:铁炭反应时间为2 h;Fenton法中H_2O_2和5%的FeSO_4溶液用量分别为1mL/L和70 mL/L,反应时间为30 min。原水(对叔丁基苯甲酸生产废水)中以重铬酸钾法测得的化学需氧量(COD_(Cr))质量浓度为33 170 mg/L。对原水直接进行生化处理时,COD_(Cr)去除率为30%;原水经铁炭预处理后再进行生化处理时,其COD_(Cr)去除率为56.3%;原水经铁炭-Fenton-生化处理后,其COD_(Cr)的去除率达到了76%。结果表明,采用物化-生化联合工艺处理含苯类有机物废水的方法是可行的。The combined process method which was based on biochemical treatment and used physicochemical method as primary treatment was taken as research object, and the influencing factors of wastewater treatment using combined process were investigated. The suitable conditions of pretreatment were as follows: the iron carbon reaction time was 2 h; the dosage of H2O2 and 5% FeSO, in Fenton method were t mL/L and 70 mL/L, and the reaction time was 30 min. The chemical oxygen demand determined by potassium dichromate method (CODCr) of raw water (4-tert-butyl benzoic acid production wastewater) was 33 170 mg/L. Under direct biochemical treatment, the CODCr removal rate of raw water was 30%; under iron carbon pretreatment and biochemical treatment, the CODCr removal rate was 56.3%; under iron carbon- Fenton-biochemical treatment, the CODCr removal rate was 76%. The results showed that it was accessible to dispose organic wastewater containing benzene by using physicochemical-biological combined process.
