摘 要:为解决水平井水力作业时反循环冲击力差和正循环液体携带能力差等问题,研制了水平井正反水力连续循环作业装置。该装置利用动力液压力使井口自封胶筒外表面与内表面处于液压自平衡状态,实现机械与液压双补偿自封,显著增强自封胶筒的密封效果;在连续循环过程中实现正、反循环切换,切换过程简单、用时少,便于通过排量改变井底液体冲力和液体返排速度。水平井正反水力连续循环作业装置在长庆油田成功进行了2次冲砂试验,平均水平段长度600 m,冲砂进尺332 m,冲砂后增油1.98 m^3,与斜停泵接单根相比,施工周期缩短了6.1 d,进尺速度提高了32 m/h,返排率提高了57.6%。该装置的成功研制提高了水平井水力循环作业效率。To address the issues of hydraulic operation in horizontal well like low impact force of reverse circulation and poor fluid carrying capacity of normal circulation,and to improve the operating efficiency of hydraulic circulation,the normal and reverse continuous circulating device for horizontal well has been developed. The device utilizes the hydraulic pressure to balance the wellhead self-sealing rubber outer surface and inner surface to maintain a self-equilibrium state,achieving mechanical and hydraulic dual compensation self-sealing to significantly enhance the sealing effect of the rubber,resulting an extended life. The device could achieve normal and reverse circulation during continuous circulation process with simple operation and less time. It facilitated changing the impact force and flow back rate by displacement through the device. The device has been successfully applied in two sand washing tests in Changqing Oilfield with the average lateral length of 600 m and sand washing footage of 332 m. An increased production of 1. 98 m3 has been achieved after sand washing. A shortened construction period of 6. 1 d,a faster ROP of 32 m / h and an increased flowback rate of 57. 6% has been attained by using the device compared with stopping the pump and connecting the pipe.
