摘 要:现有文献中,抽油泵漏失计算研究重点集中在泵结构形变等方面,高温引起热变形后对漏失的影响研究不够充分,导致泵漏失计算误差较大。鉴于此,将抽油泵简化为双层圆筒组合空心圆柱体,在研究泵圆环模型的热变形理论基础上,引入修正的弹性模量和热膨胀系数,开展泵筒、柱塞随温度改变的热变形量研究,并借助泵漏失计算研究成果,完成泵筒-柱塞间隙与高温抽油泵漏失量计算。研究出温度、沉没度以及泵挂深度与漏失量之间的定量关系,提出通过对沉没度、泵挂深度的选择和提高间隙配合精度来有效降低抽油泵漏失量。研究结果可为深井高温抽油泵设计、选用、加工与间隙计算提供依据。The existing literature about pump leakage computing research often focus on the pump structure deformation. The study on the hot deformation effect on the leakage caused by high temperature is not sufficient,resulting in large error of the pump leakage calculation. To address the issue,the oil well pump is simplified to two hollow cylinders. Based on study the thermal deformation theory of the pump ring model,the modified elastic modulus and coefficient of thermal expansion have been introduced to study the hot deformation of pump barrel and piston with temperature changes. With the pump leakage computing research results,the calculation of pump barrel-piston clearance and high temperature pump leakage have been conducted. The quantitative relationship between temperature,submergence depth,pump setting depth and leakage has been studied. Selection of submergence depth and pump setting depth and improvement of the clearance fit precision are proposed to effectively reduce the leakage of pump. The study results could provide basis for designing,selecting,processing and clearance calculating of the pump for high temperature and deep well.
