摘  要:对不同直径的X80钢级管线钢热轧卷板圆棒拉伸性能进行分析。结果表明,随着试样直径的增加,屈服强度Rt_(0.5)、抗拉强度R_m和延伸率A_(50)均呈线性上升趋势。圆棒拉伸试样加工过程中需要去除卷板表层金属,而表层金属组织更细小、强度高于芯部,故表层金属去除越少,强度越高,越能反应材料的真实强度水平。The pole tensile properties of X80 grade pipeline steel hot-rolled coils with different diameters were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the yield strength Rt0.5,tensile strength Rm and elongation A50 increase linearly with increasing pole diameter.The surface layer metal,with finer microstructure and higher strength than that at the center,will be removed during the treatment process of pole samples,so the less removed of the surface layer the higher of strength and better reflecting the real strength of the material.
