摘  要:为简化油气田工艺设计中逐年模拟参数的提取过程,提高工艺模拟效率,利用HYSYS Automation技术研究了借助Microsoft Excel与HYSYS间数据通信实现HYSYS工艺参数自动提取的方法。以某深水气田压缩机选型为例阐述了通过Automation技术实现工艺模拟参数提取自动化、系统化的过程,包括用户数据输入、多个流程的启动、多个物流的定位、工艺参数提取、趋势图绘制等。将此方法用于指导压缩机处理能力、系列和压比的选择,确保了压缩机选型的可靠性,降低了压缩机的综合成本。同时,根据油气田前期研究的设备选型需求编制了多种工艺设施(换热器、电加热器、泵和压缩机)重点工艺参数的提取程序,大幅提高了工艺设计的效率,促进了设计质量的提高。Automatic extraction of HYSYS process parameters is achieved with automation technology and data communication between Microsoft Excel and Aspen HYSYS, in order to simplify the parameter extraction process of year-by-year simulation cases and improve efficiency in Oil & Gas process design. The method of automatic and systematic parameter extraction with automation is illustrated through a compressor selection in a deepwater gas field, which includes user data input, simulation cases start, streams selection, parameter extraction and chart drawing, etc. Selection of treatment capacity, series and compression ratio is guided by this method to guarantee the reliability of compressor selection and decrease the comprehensive cost of compressors. Meanwhile, Parameter Extraction Programs for key process parameters of various equipments (heat exchanger, electrical heater, pump and compressor) are custom-built according to the requirements of preliminary research of Oil & Gas field, which significantly increase the process design efficiency and quality.
