动物药治疗前列腺增生症辨证用药浅析

摘　　要：前列腺增生症的病因病机为本虚标实,本虚为肾气亏虚,肾之阴阳平衡失调,膀胱气化不利,标实为湿热蕴结,痰瘀互结下焦。中医在前列腺增生症的临床治疗中积累了颇为丰富的经验,而动物药在治疗方面也起到了补肾益气填精、祛痰逐瘀通络、清热利水通闭的作用,可抑制前列腺增生,缓解尿道痉挛,通利水道,提高机体免疫力,从而达到解除尿道梗阻的目的。可临证辨证选择虫类药治疗本病治疗效果显著。Hyperplasia of prostate, the basic pathogenesis of kidney deficiency of kidney Yin and Yang balance disorders, bladder gasification weakness, damp and hot accumulate knot, phlegm and blood stasis and hardness for each standard. The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of prostate hyperplasia accumulated very rich experience, and insect medicine has also played a role in the treatment of supply the kidney essence and kidney qi, eliminating phlegm stasis, clear heat, water, closed to suppress hyperplasia of prostate, urethra spasm, through the channel, enhance immunity, so as to achieve the aim of remove urinary tract obstruction, dialectical choose insect drugs to treat the disease clinical effect is remarkable.
