摘　　要：高校如何契合时代发展的步伐实现民主管理,推进依法治校工作的开展,是高校在可持续发展过程中必须重视的问题。在高校治理中引入协商民主机制,有助于高校构建协商民主机制的法治化,从而更好地实现高校传播知识、培养人才、科学研究和服务社会的功能。Colleges and universities how to fit the pace of the development of the times and realize democratic management, promoting law based governance to carry out, colleges and universities in the process of sustainable development must pay attention to the problem. In the university governance in introducing the mechanism of deliberative democracy, is helpful in the construction of the deliberative democracy rule of law, in order to achieve a better university to realize the communication of knowledge, personnel training, scientific research and social service function.
