女性痤疮患者胰岛素抵抗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨女性痤疮患者胰岛素抵抗的临床特征。方法纳入120例女性痤疮患者:胰岛素抵抗组(n=36)和非胰岛素抵抗组(n=84),测定两组患者身高、体重、痤疮分级、激素、血糖、胰岛素及是否患有多囊卵巢综合征等,进行统计学分析。结果胰岛素抵抗组患者体重指数、雌激素水平、多囊卵巢综合征发生率高于非胰岛素抵抗组(P<0.05),痤疮分级构成比中,严重者比例高。结论痤疮严重、对一般治疗效果差伴代谢紊乱的女性肥胖患者可能伴有胰岛素抵抗,需积极筛查多囊卵巢综合征。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of insulin resistance （IR）in female pa-tients with acne. Methods A total of 120 female patients with acne were divided into two groups：IR group （n=36）and non-insulin resistance （NIR）group （n=84）.The height,weight,acne grading and the levels of endocrine hormones,insulin and blood glucose,whether diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） in both groups were observed.Statistical analysis was performed on the data. Results The values of body mass index （BMI）and estradiol （E2 ）and the incidence of PCOS in IR group were higher than those in NIR group （P〈0.05）;and patients of IR group had higher proportion of severe acne in acne grading proportion. Conclusion Female obesity patients with severe acne and poor treatment results complicated with metabolic disorders may be associated with insulin resistance,and should screen for PCOS actively.
