摘  要:白钨矿与含钙脉石矿物浮选分离是白钨矿浮选的难题,在传统脂肪酸工艺体系中,白钨精选多依赖于传统的"彼得罗夫法"加温工艺。研究从含钙矿物晶体表面差异性出发,开发出对钨矿物具较强选择性的金属盐类配位捕收剂M-COMPLEX,和以其为捕收剂、盐化水玻璃为选择性抑制剂的黑白钨常温精选新工艺。采用该工艺处理柿竹园多金属选厂粗选车间WO3品位17.59%的黑白钨混合粗精矿,小型闭路试验获得钨精矿WO3品位63.18%、回收率94.96%的良好指标。该工艺在工业试验中具有很好的稳定性和重现性,可达到取代白钨加温精选工艺的目的。The flotation separation between scheelite and calcium gangue minerals is a difficult problem in scheelite flotation. In the traditional fatty acid process system, scheelite concentration was decided by the traditional"Petrov"heating process. Starting from the crystal surface differences of calcium minerals, this paper developed a new concentration technology of wolframite and scheelite by applying M-COMPLEX as metallic salt ligand collector and salinization sodium silicate as selective depressant. The tungsten concentrate (the grade and recovery are 63.18%and 94.96%respectively) were obtained out of the rough wolframite and scheelite ore (WO3 grade is 17.59%). This new process has advantages of stability and repeatability in the industrial test and achieves the goal of replacing the heating concentration technology of scheelite.
