摘  要:在定型产品"BPSM-III在线粒度分析仪"的基础上进行结构优化和创新设计,将溢流称重式的浓度测量模块与成熟的机械式粒度测量模块进行巧妙的结合,实现粒度浓度一体化在线实时测量。该设计结构简单、可靠、易维护,结合北矿院与加拿大H&S公司合作开发的具有取样代表性的一次取样器,已成功应用于山东黄金新立选矿厂、排山楼选矿厂,粒度测量绝对误差精度1%~2%,浓度测量绝对误差精度在1%以内,适合在选厂恶劣的环境下应用。Structural optimization and innovation design are carried out on the basis of BPSM-III on-line particle size analyzer, particle size and concentration integration on-line real-time measurement can be realized by combination of concentration measurement module and mechanical particle size measurement module. The design has the advantages of simple structure, reliability and easy maintenance, which is successfully applied to Xinli concentrator of Shandong Gold Mining Co., Ltd and Paishanlou concentrator by combination with the typical primary sampler developed by Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Canada H&S Company, the absolute error of size measurement is controlled within 1%-2%, and the error precision of concentration measurement is controlled in 1%. The analyzer is suitable to be applied in the harsh environment of the concentrator.
