摘　　要：项目后评价是在项目完成后对项目的全过程进行后评价,通常包括项目前期阶段、工程建设阶段、生产运营阶段和项目社会环境的影响等评价内容。叙述了玻璃企业项目后评价的意义、主要内容、基本方法和主要技术指标,提出了一些针对性的建议,对浮法玻璃企业的冷修技术改造和项目建设有一定的参考价值和指导意义。Post project evaluation means that an evaluation of overall process of the project was conducted after the project completion. The evaluation covers earlier stage of the project, engineering construction stage, production operation stage and social environment influence. The significance, main points, basic methods and main technical parameters of post project evaluation of glass factory were stressed. Some specific suggestions were presented. This article can be used as guidance and reference for glass company in cold repair technical transformation and project construction.
