狭义滇西山区生态农业发展优势分析及对策研究

摘　　要：生态文明建设是我国当前的基本国策,发展生态农业是狭义滇西山区农业升级增效和实现农业现代化的必然选择。虽然狭义滇西山区生态农业规模小、辅助发展条件较差、劳动力技能素质较低,但其具有山区农业特色鲜明、农业自然资源丰富、市场需求旺盛、供给潜力巨大和地方政府积极支持等优势。因此,立足资源优势,打造并推广多种山区生态农业发展模式;加强市场化运作,为山区生态农业发展提供必要的辅助条件;提高山区农业劳动力的技能素质,推动生态农业的持续发展;继续加强政府政策扶持,助力山区生态农业发展。Construction of ecological civilization is China’s current basic national policy. The development of ecological agriculture is inevitable choice for agriculture efifcient upgrade and achieving agricultural modernization. Although ecological agriculture in narrowly western Yunnan’s mountain areas has small scale, poor development condition and lower labor skills, but it has distinctive mountain agriculture, rich agriculture natural resources, big market demand, big supply potential and local government’s active support. Therefore, countermeasures can be taken are：to create and popularize various mountain ecological agricultural development model based on resource advantages;to provide the necessary aid for mountain ecological agricultural development and strengthen market-oriented operation;to improve mountain agriculture laborers’ skills and promote ecological agriculture sustainable development;to continue to strengthen policy support and boost mountain ecological agricultural development.
