摘 要:对祁连山的5种草地类型土壤有机质和全氮分布特征及两者间的关系进行了研究。结果显示,土壤有机质和全氮含量随土层加深而降低,不同草地类型土壤有机质和全氮含量差异明显。5种草地类型中,土壤有机质含量大小顺序为高寒草甸(151g/kg)>高寒草原(30g/kg)>温性草原(25g/kg)>荒漠草原(16g/kg)>温性荒漠(9.5g/kg);土壤全氮含量顺序均为高寒草甸(7 600mg/kg)>高寒草原(2 100mg/kg)>温性草原(2 000mg/kg)>荒漠草原(1 800mg/kg)>温性荒漠(750mg/kg)。相关性分析结果显示,土壤有机质与全氮呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),表明土壤有机质是影响土壤全氮的关键生态因子之一。Distribution and relationship between soil organic matter and total nitrogen in 5 types of grassland on Qilian Mountain were analyzed. The results showed that the contents of soil organic matter and total nitrogen decreased with the soil depth, and showed the significant differences among grassland types. The contents of soil organic matter in 5 types of grassland tended to be in the order of alpine meadow(151 g/kg)〉alpine steppe(30 g/kg)〉 temperate steppe(25 g/kg)〉 desert steppe(16 g/kg)〉 temperate desert (9.5 g/kg). The contents of soil total nitrogen in 5 types of grassland tended to be in the order of alpine meadow(7 600 mg/kg)〉 alpine steppe(2 100 mg/kg)〉 temperate steppe (2 000 mg/kg) 〉 desert steppe(1 800 mg/kg)〉 temperate desert (750 mg/kg). There was a significant correlation between soil organic matter and total nitrogen (P〈0.01) which indicated that soil organic matter was the one of key factors influencing total nitrogen.
