摘　　要：介绍了超音速火焰(HVOF)喷涂汽车冷冲模具技术。HVOF技术具有工艺简洁、涂层高硬耐磨、局部可控修复、模具无热变形、对材质无要求、性价比高等优点。HVOF技术是国家大力推广的绿色制造和再制造技术,在汽车冷冲模强化方面具有广阔的前景。In this article, HVOF spraying technology on strenthening automobile cooling die was introduced detailedly. The advantages of HVOF technology as following, concise process, high wear resistance of coating, local controllable repair, without thermal deformation of die, no material limit, high cost performance. HVOF spraying is green manufacture and remanufacture technology, and being extebded worldwide. HVOF spraying technology has good value in cool-work automobile die.
