腹水型晚期血吸虫病医疗救助疗效评估

摘　　要：目的了解腹水型晚期血吸虫病医疗救助内科治疗效果。方法对湖南省血吸虫病防治所附属湘岳医院国家血吸虫病临床重点专科2013-2014年医疗救助的247例腹水型晚期血吸虫病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经救助治疗后,患者症状均有不同程度缓解,肝功能分级较前好转。实验室检验指标中,胆红素、谷丙转氨酶及谷草转氨酶等较入院时有所好转(P<0.05)。在生活质量方面,患者经救助治疗后在身体活动、生活自理、情绪、生产劳动等各方面均有明显改善。有47例患者在半年内再次住院,有4例患者死亡。结论晚期血吸虫病医疗救助对腹水型晚期血吸虫病内科救治效果显著,能明显改善患者病情及生活质量。Objective Toevaluate the medical assistance on advanced schistosomiasis with ascites. Methods Advanced schistosomiasis with ascites cases in our ward from 2013 to 2014 were included in this study, and their data on symptoms, signs, laboratory results and quality of life were retrospectively analyzed. Results After medical assistance,the symptoms of all patients and liver function grade were alleviated.Laboratory test results on liver function indexes such as the levels of bilirubin, alanine and aspertate aminotransferase also showed an improvement compared to admission test results（P〈 0.05）. After medical treatment, the quality of life of the patients was improved obviously, including physical activity, independent living, mood, productive labor and other aspects. 47 patients were hospitalized again within half a year, and 4 patients died. Conclusion Medical assistance for advanced schistosomiasis with ascites is effective and can significantly improvethe situation and life quality of patients.
