广州市2006-2014年人间布鲁氏菌病流行病学特征

摘　　要：目的了解广州市布鲁氏菌病流行特征,为制定布鲁氏菌病防控措施和策略提供科学依据。方法运用描述性流行病学方法对广州市近年布鲁氏菌病发病资料进行分析。结果广州市自2006年有病例报告以来,2006-2014年累计报告布鲁氏菌病患者156例,无重症及死亡病例。病例报告数逐年上升,各年份发病率差异有统计学意义（χ2=59.04,Ρ〈0.01）。患者中白云区54例,占34.62%,其次为海珠区、越秀区和荔湾区,分别为26、19和17例;病例分布无明显的季节性;其中男性89例,女性67例;年龄最小的3个月,最大82岁,其中40-59之间占55.77%;从事畜牧业职业68人（43.59%）,退休及家务待业38人（24.36%）,其他职业50人。结论广州市布鲁氏菌病疫情趋于活跃并呈上升趋势,职业人群出现聚集性感染,城市居民发病明显增多。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in Guangzhou,and provide scientific basis for the establishments of brucellosis prevention and control strategies and measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiologic methodwas used to analyze the incidence data of human brucellosis in recent nine years of Guangzhou.Results 156 brucellosis cases has been reported. No severe cases or death cases were reported. The reported cases were increased year by year,and the incidence of each year was significantly different（χ2=59.04,P〈0.01）. Among the reported cases, most cases（54 cases, 34.62%） were from Baiyun district, followed by Haizhu district（26 cases）, Yuexiu district（19 cases） and Liwan district（17 cases）.Seasonal distribution of the cases was not obvious. The ratio of male to female is about 1.3∶1. The minimum age of the cases was 3 months old and the maximum age was 82 years old. 55.77%of the cases concentrated in 40 ~59 years old;68 cases（43.59%） were animal husbandry workers, 38 cases（24.36%）were retirees or housework unemployed people, 50 cases were other jobs. Conclusions The spread of brucellosis in Guangzhou showeda rising trend. Cluster infection occurred in occupational population and the trend of morbidityin urban residents was increasing dramatically.
